Magical Moments
Moon beams cascading through the darkened branches
of giant redwoods
Darting into hidden recesses
The light stretching forth over the landscape
Creatures of the night bathing in the moon’s luminosity
The collaboration of sounds from the invisible ones
Resounding in an orchestra of harmony
The air is still as a crystal wedged into Mother Earth
And the stars wink knowingly
Nature, the harbinger of life’s mysteries
Unfolding continually in silence and simplicity
Oh, the magical moments of nighttime

Waves
Waves wander, wondrously
Undulating, gracefully
Slipping between echoes
waves shift
New peaks and troughs appear
enhanced or diminished
in accord with outlook
A rush of strength
propels outward
expanding all limits
Direct the intent and
see what is real,
layers upon layers of flow
cohesive, yet separate
Dive down, deep
Swells of convergence
resound with the hum of Life as
waves wander, wondrously
